AAAsports aims to acknowledge completed requests within 3 working days where possible.
For straightforward requests, AAAsports aims to provide a written outcome within 10 working days of receiving a completed form.
For more complex requests, AAAsports aims to provide an update within 10 working days and a full outcome within 20 working days where possible.
Complex requests may take longer if further information, Coach observations, Welfare Officer input, Health & Safety review, safeguarding consideration or external advice is needed.
