Coaches and Team Members cannot approve permanent or ongoing reasonable adjustments verbally.
A conversation with a Coach, Team Member or Member Services may help AAAsports understand the situation, but it does not replace the written reasonable adjustments process.
Temporary safety steps may be used where needed, but these do not mean a permanent adjustment has been approved.
