To request a reasonable adjustment, please complete the AAAsports Reasonable Adjustments Request Form.
The form asks what adjustment is being requested, what barrier the Member is experiencing, when the difficulty happens, what has helped before and any relevant information that may help AAAsports consider the request properly.
Completed forms should be returned to Member.Services@AAAsports.co.uk. If the request is urgent, please also contact AAAsports straight away.
