Yes. Members must bring their QR code every week to check in for their Class.
The QR code is not just used for attendance. It allows our system to check important information linked to the Member’s account, including account restrictions, membership validity, insurance, medical information and health and safety requirements.
Members will not be allowed access to Classes without their QR code. This cannot be overridden by Coaches or Team Members and is strictly monitored.
There are several ways to access your QR code, including:
- Your original enrolment or sign-up emails.
- Your online AAAsports account.
- The AAAsports App.
- Printing a copy of the QR code and bringing it with you.
- Purchasing a QR keyring from AAAsports.
It is the Member’s responsibility to make sure their QR code is available at every Class. Once the QR code has been scanned and accepted by the system, the Member will be able to access their Class as normal.
