If your account has an overdue balance, Members on your account will be unable to access AAAsports Classes until the balance has been brought up to date.
Class check-in requires Members to scan their QR code, and our system will automatically restrict access where there is an overdue balance on the account. You can make a manual payment at any time by logging in to your online AAAsports account or using the AAAsports App.
Once the balance has been cleared, simply scan the QR code again. The block will be removed automatically and access to Class will be allowed straight away.
If the balance remains unpaid, further recovery action may be taken in line with our Terms & Conditions.
