Trampoline classes kick off with a 15-minute floor warm-up to get everyone bouncing! After that, you’ll team up with 2-4 other Members on a Trampoline. Your AAAsports Coach will set up a fun circuit packed with developmental activities designed to help you achieve those somersaults even quicker!
You’ll have plenty of time to work directly with your Coach, practice your skills under supervision, and even help spot for your fellow group members. It’s all about learning, improving, and having a blast together as you rotate around the circuit!
