Why have I been charged an additional £10

We want to keep our classes top-notch, but every time we charge a card—whether the payment goes through or not—we incur a fee. If a transaction doesn’t go through, it not only adds extra fees for us, but it also means our coaches have to take time away from doing what they love (making your classes awesome!) to handle administrative tasks and chase up outstanding payments.


To keep things fair, we’ve introduced a £10 transaction fee if cards are declined for any reason. We considered raising class fees to cover these costs, but we decided it’s better to only charge the accounts that incur these fees, rather than increasing costs for the hundreds of members who pay on time each month. We’ve made sure to include this info on our Prices page and in our Terms & Conditions so everyone’s in the loop.
