Can I Reschedule My 1-2-1?

Modified on Fri, 14 Mar at 10:21 PM

Yes! If you can’t make your 1-2-1 session, you can reschedule it—provided it’s at least 2 days before your original booking.

There is a £10 reschedule fee, which will be charged once your request is approved.

How to Reschedule Your 1-2-1:

1️⃣ Open the AAAsports app and tap "Account" in the bottom menu.
2️⃣ Select the student’s name.
3️⃣ Tap "Enrollments".
4️⃣ Click "Reschedule Request" on the 1-2-1 you want to change.
5️⃣ A pop-up will appear notifying you that a £10 reschedule fee applies—tap "Yes" to continue.
6️⃣ Find the 1-2-1 you’d like to switch to by tapping the date icon in the grey box at the top that says "Choose a Reschedule Date."
7️⃣ Select your new date—available sessions will be listed below.
8️⃣ Choose your preferred 1-2-1 session and tap "Submit Reschedule Request."

What Happens Next?

  • Your request will be reviewed, and we will either Approve or Deny it.
  • If approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and the £10 fee will be processed.
  • If we can’t process the payment, your original 1-2-1 will remain booked, and the reschedule won’t go through.

Rescheduling Rules:

? Important: All 1-2-1 bookings are non-refundable. However, they can be rescheduled if requested at least 2 days before the scheduled class. Reschedules within 2 days of the booking are not permitted.

? Rescheduling Terms:

  • The rescheduled session must be with the same Coach as the original booking.
  • A £10 rescheduling fee applies to all approved rescheduled bookings.
  • Requests must be made via your AAAsports online account or the AAAsports App.

This system allows flexibility for emergencies (injuries, illness, unavoidable conflicts) while ensuring our coaching schedules run smoothly.
