Can I Reschedule My 1-2-1 Class?

Yes! If something comes up, you can reschedule your class through the AAAsports App or online account—just make sure to request it at least 2 days in advance.

• Reschedules must be with the same Coach as your original booking.

• A £10 rescheduling fee applies to all approved changes.

• New class dates must be at least 7 days in the future from your request.

To reschedule:

1. Open the AAAsports App and go to "Account."

2. Select the student’s name.

3. Tap "Enrollments."

4. Click "Reschedule Request" on the class you want to change.

5. Accept the £10 rescheduling fee.

6. Choose a new date and submit your request.

7. If approved, you'll receive a confirmation email!
