Yes, where this is necessary and proportionate.

AAAsports may ask for relevant information from an external professional or organisation if it would help assess the reasonable adjustment request. This would usually require parent or carer consent.

AAAsports will not normally ask for all records. Any request should be focused on the barrier, the requested adjustment and safe participation at AAAsports.
