Cheerleading classes kick off with a 15-minute floor warm-up, getting everyone ready to go. After that, you’ll be grouped with a few fellow cheerleaders and a super supportive AAAsports Coach. Groups will learn a variety of skills based on their ability level, and the groups mix things up often. Sometimes you’ll work with just a couple of teammates, and other times you’ll be part of a big, show-stopping routine! At the end of class, everyone comes back together for a 15-minute cool-down.
